  • Barrett's Ridge Beer Bread Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Barrettsridge Garlic & Herb Beer Bread Mix 330ml Plain Yoghurt
  • 4-6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Mozzarella Balls
  • Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Glaze

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius

In a large bowl, combine Barrett’s Ridge beer bread mix with yoghurt & mix with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon until it’s mostly combined

Transfer to a well-floured surface & knead for 3- 4 minutes or until the dough is smooth

Roll out the dough into a large circle and cut out a smaller circle in the centre

Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella around the wreath

Place the pizza in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust golden

Remove from the oven, top with basil leaves, and a drizzle with balsamic glaze
