Go on and indulge yourself with these decadent Barrett’s Ridge Choc Chip s’mores. Warning – things could get sticky!

 

Marshmallows toasted on an open flame and sandwiched between two fresh choc-chip cookies that have been slathered with peanut butter and Nutella.

Ingredients

For the Cake

  • 1 x Bag of Barrett’s Ridge Choc Chip Beer Biscuit Mix
  • 6 Tablespoons Nutella
  • 6 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1 x 150g packet marshmallows

Method

Prepare the Barrett’s Ridge Choc Chip Beer Biscuits as per instructions.

Toast marshmallows over the braai.

Turning the stick until the outside of the marshmallow is golden brown and just starting to get mushy.

Spread Nutella onto half of the biscuits and peanut butter onto the other half.

Top each Nutella biscuit with a marshmallow and place the remaining peanut butter biscuits on top of the melted marshmallows.

Gently sandwich together and enjoy!
