Ingredients
  • 1 Barrett’ Ridge Beer Bread Mix (Garlic & Herb Recommended)
  • 2/3Cup Smoked Salmon
  • 1 TBS Fresh Dill
  • ½ Cup Finely Chopped Spring Onion
  • 1TBS Lemon Zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC
  2. Prepare Barrett’s Ridge Beer Bread of your choice as per instructions to point 5
  3. Mix in smoked salmon, dill, spring onion and lemon zest
  4. Spoon into prepared mini loaf pans and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown
