Braided Boerie Rolls using Italian Beer Bread Mix
Italian Beer Bread Mix
Cooked Grabow Boerwors
Knead a smooth dough by combining the Beer Bread mix with the yogurt.
Dust bench top with flour, cut dough into 4 pieces, roll into balls, then roll out into about 0.3cm thick rounds.
Place a piece of boerewors in the center of each round.
Make horizontal cuts in the dough on each side of the boerewors
Fold each cut diagonally across the boerewors and secure on opposite side.
Brush with butter and place on baking tray.
Bake at 180 for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve with your favourite braai sauce or simply tomato sauce!
